The Hudson/Saint-Lazare

 

The Hudson/Saint-Lazare area has become the destination of choice for those seeking a more relaxed and refined lifestyle only a short commute away from downtown Montreal. Hudson and St-Lazare offer all the essential amenities of a major city—from schools and medical services to a wide variety of restaurants and recreational activities for young and old alike—in an atmosphere that exudes small town charm.

 

Over the past three decades, Laventure Inc. has participated in the creation of three exceptional Saint-Lazare communities: Saddlebrook, Cedarbrook and Chanterel. Working in partnership with a number of developers, including Aloes Investments, Mimaso Development, Lorraine-Baron Development, Cavelier Development and Cavagnal Development, we have made it our priority to help build neighbourhoods that exemplify the best of country living.

 

Our newest project—Centre-Ville—is something of a departure. A commercial and professional complex, Centre-Ville is designed to serve the needs of our growing community, and has been constructed with the same attention to infrastructure quality and architectural detail as our residential projects.

Residential Developments

 

We have worked particularly hard to ensure that the richness and diversity of the natural environment has been preserved. Additionally, substantial green spaces have been set aside in each of our residential developments. For the use and enjoyment of our residents, we have built parks and duck ponds, as well as a lake with sandy beaches and a 14-acre recreational area featuring a chalet, skating rinks, a soccer field and baseball diamond, illuminated tennis courts and a large jungle gym for the children.

 

We have been equally attentive to the details in these communities—from custom designed street signs, to landscaping and terracing, to riding trails and walking paths. All lots are a minimum of 1850 m2 (20,000 sq. ft.), and all utility lines have been placed out of sight and out of mind at the rear of each property.

 

While all of our original lots in these neighbourhoods have been sold, new projects are occasionally opened up for development. Please contact us for more information.
